At today’s Aldenham Parish Council meeting, no one was in favour of the Solar Plant Project. All present cited various objections on the Grounds of the Green Belt, Environment , Visual impact, Noise , Loss of footpaths, and closeness to four schools where the students use the park and the footpaths.
The Council proposed to use a town planning consultant to assess the impact of this project, as they felt that this size and nature of the project goes beyond their in house capabilities.
