This privacy policy sets out how The Radlett Society and Green Belt Association uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website or join the Society.

The Radlett Society and Green Belt Association is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, or when joining the Society, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • donation information (we do not hold any account or other financial information)

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information for:

  • Maintaining records of the current membership
  • Sending our annual newsletter either by email or post, and notification of the Annual General Meeting. Periodically we may send information on relevant local issuess which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we hold.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). There is no charge for this. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so. We will not use your personal information to send you promotional information.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.  You may also ask for your details to be erased but this will prevent us being able to send you notification of the AGM or the Societies activies in the future.
